What counts as a chapter?
A chapter at CharmWriter covers your prose, the editorial questions the AI asks, and the Story Bible updates that keep your book consistent. A typical scene uses about a third of a chapter. Longer chapters use more, shorter ones less.

Can I get a refund?
Unspent credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable, since we've already paid the AI for that work. Email support@charmwriter.com with your order reference and we'll process it.
